Boosting Jobs, Farms, and Businesses in Comoros

Launched in 2019, the Comoros Integrated Development and Competitiveness Project (PIDC) helped micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and farmers in agriculture, livestock, tourism, and related sectors grow their revenues and create jobs. The project created 1, 772 jobs and benefited more than 62, 000 farmers through enhanced services and productive assets; nearly half of business grants went to women-owned firms.
